Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water is a carbonated tonic made with spring water, fructose (fruit sugar), citric acid and natural flavourings including quinine. The quinine is sourced from Cinchona ledgeriana trees, known locally as 'fever trees', grown in the eastern hill ranges of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the tonic is also flavoured with bitter orange oils from Citrus aurantium grown by a co-operative of smallholder citrus farmers in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.
