Golden Monaco is the extra-dry tonic water in Aqua Monaco's range, made to a formula with less sugar and more quinine than the producer's standard tonic, which also makes it low in calories. It is flavoured with light notes of cardamom and juniper and carries a high carbonation level. The producer states it was developed in collaboration with Klaus St. Rainer and his bar team at the Goldene Bar in Munich.
