Bickford And Sons Cinchona Dry Tonic
A dry tonic water from Bickford's Australia, part of the company's Sodas and Mixers range. It is made with carbonated water, sugar, acidity regulators (330, 331), preservative (202), flavour and cinchona extract, the latter supplying its quinine bitterness; sugar is the only sweetener listed. Bickford's states it is bright and crisp with subtle herbal undertones and a dry finish, and recommends serving it chilled.
