Fever Tree Damson & Sloe Berry Tonic Water Limited Edition
A limited-edition tonic water from Fever-Tree, made with carbonated spring water, damson and sloe extract, a spice blend extract, natural flavourings including quinine, citric acid, and carrot and blueberry concentrates, sweetened with fructose. The producer states the damsons are the Prunus institia variety, known as Shropshire prune, handpicked on a third-generation family farm in Herefordshire, while the wild sloes (Prunus spinosa) are foraged from hedgerows in the foothills of the Black Mountains and hand-harvested after the first frost. It is intended for mixing with London Dry gin and selected flavoured gins.
