Walter Gregor's Tonic Water Apple & Cinnamon
A flavoured tonic water made in small batches, using pressed apple juice blended with cinnamon sticks. The ingredients are carbonated Scottish water, apple juice (never from concentrate), sugar, cinnamon, citric acid and natural quinine. Walter Gregor's produce it at Manse Farm, Peathill, Aberdeenshire, and suggest it as a mixer for gin, vodka, whisky and dark rum, or drunk on its own.
