Jack Rudy Cocktail Co.'s Elderflower Tonic is a US-made tonic, originally released as a web-only exclusive, built as an updated version of the company's original formula with more body and a bolder finish. Organic dried elderflowers are added to that original recipe, with the quinine content increased to balance the finished product. The producer notes elderberry grows wild throughout Kentucky, the state from which its orders are shipped, and suggests the tonic for gin as well as tequila, bourbon and rum.
