Yorkshire Apple & Elderflower Tonic
An apple and elderflower flavoured tonic from the Yorkshire Tonic range, made by Raisthorpe Manor Fine Foods, a family business in the Yorkshire Wolds. The ingredients are carbonated water, sugar, citric acid, natural flavourings including natural quassia extract, potassium sorbate as preservative, and vitamin C; the producer states that all Yorkshire Tonics are naturally sweetened and flavoured. It is vegan certified and was given one gold star at the Great Taste Awards 2020.
