Erasmus Bond Botanical Tonic
Erasmus Bond Botanical Tonic is a Belgian quinine-containing tonic water, described by the producer as a more complex mixer developed as a companion for unusual, floral and complex spirits. It is made with carbonated natural mineral water, sugar, citric acid, natural flavouring and quinine aromas, with the producer listing aromas of thyme, basil, pepper and juniper berries. Gins the producer pairs it with include Gin Mare, The Botanist, Geranium, G'Vine Floraison, Nolet's Silver and Beefeater 24.
