Le Tribute Tonic Water
Le Tribute Tonic Water is a Spanish tonic water made with quinine harvested in the Loja province of Ecuador, along with a distillation of lemongrass in water for flavour. The water comes from a natural spring at the distillery and is filtered by reverse osmosis until demineralised and flavourless. The producer chills the liquid to 2ºC during carbonation, and bottles it in what it states is the first square-shaped bottle on the market for a carbonated beverage.
