Galvanina Tonica
Galvanina Tonica is an organic carbonated tonic water produced in Italy by La Galvanina S.p.A. of Rimini. Its bittering principles come from natural quinine extracted from cinchona bark, combined with natural bitter orange and bergamot aromas, and it is sweetened with cane sugar. The ingredients are water, cane sugar, carbon dioxide, citric acid and those natural flavourings, with organic certification by Ecogruppo Italia (IT BIO 008); the producer states it is suitable both on its own and as a mixer with white and gold spirits, particularly gin and vodka.
