Long Rays Original Tonic is a tonic water made in Australia with natural ingredients, described by the producer as light with a dry soda finish. In place of traditional tonic ingredients it uses native Australian extracts: lemon myrtle, which the producer states lowers the sugar content and contributes a natural sweetness and soft citrus notes, and Tasmanian mountain pepper, used to offset the dominance of quinine. Long Rays intends it for pairing with Australian gins.
