Thomas Henry Botanic Tonic
A tonic water from Thomas Henry in Germany, built around Mediterranean botanicals: rosemary, juniper, bay leaf and tarragon, with sloe, elderflower and spruce needle notes. It is made with water, invert sugar syrup, carbon dioxide, citric acid, natural flavouring and quinine flavouring, giving about 34 kcal and 7.9 g of sugars per 100 ml. The producer states it was co-created with bartenders and that its bitterness is deliberately softer than that of a classic tonic water, for use with floral or delicate spirits and in alcohol-free serves.
