Style — Istrian Dry Gin
Bottle — 750 ml
Juniper first, dry and clean, with the softer 39.2% giving a rounder, less peppery mouthfeel than most dry gins. Pine and a faint citrus lift, then a dry herbal finish that reads Mediterranean — the Istrian style at work. No sweetness, no heat; it sits light on the tongue.

Tonic — Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, 1:2 — a light hand, since at 39.2% the gin won't fight a heavier pour
