Pink by name and by pour: soft red-berry sweetness over the dry juniper spine of the Filliers 28 base. Strawberry and raspberry lead, then citrus peel and a light peppery finish. At 37.5% it stays gentle and rounded rather than sharp — more fruit-forward aperitif than bone-dry classic.
