Style — Distilled Dry Gin
Bottle — 700 ml
Botanicals — juniper, yarrow, violet root, gentian root
Juniper leads, dry and resinous, with yarrow bringing a green herbal bitterness behind it. Violet root gives a dusty floral note in the middle, then gentian root closes it out earthy and firmly bitter. At 45.5% it runs warm and dry, with a long root-driven finish.

Tonic — Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, 1:2 — its light florals sit with the violet root rather than over it
Garnish — A strip of lemon peel
