Botanicals — WACHOLDER, HAGEBUTTEN, PIMENT, KORIANDERSAMEN, ZITRONENGRAS, ROSE, FICHTENSPITZEN, HEUBLUME, MäDESüSS
Juniper leads, dry and resinous, with fichtenspitzen adding a green spruce-sap bite behind it. Then rose hip and rose petal, soft and faintly tart, lemongrass lifting the middle. Piment and coriander seed warm the finish; heublume and meadowsweet leave a dry hay-and-almond note. At 45% it stays sharp and clean.
