Juniper leads, dry and resinous, with fichtenspitzen adding a green spruce-sap bite behind it. Then rose hip and rose petal, soft and faintly tart, lemongrass lifting the middle. Piment and coriander seed warm the finish; heublume and meadowsweet leave a dry hay-and-almond note. At 45% it stays sharp and clean.

Gin & It
Equal parts gin and sweet vermouth, stirred and served up: soft, rounded, faintly bitter, the vermouth's caramel and herbs sitting over the spirit. The gin has to push back — juniper keeps it from turning syrupy, while softer floral bottles let the vermouth do the talking.
The piment and rose hip in this Badener gin meet sweet vermouth on its own terms, and 45% carries the botanicals through the wine without thinning out.
Martinez
Sweet vermouth leads here, dark and herbal, with maraschino adding a nutty cherry weight underneath and orange bitters lifting the finish. It drinks rich and slow, more sipping than sharp. The gin needs backbone — juniper and spice enough to cut the sugar — or the vermouth simply swallows it.
The piment and coriander seed give it enough warm spice to cut through sweet vermouth and maraschino, while the fichtenspitzen resin keeps a green edge above all that cherry sugar.
White Negroni
Bitterness here is bright rather than heavy: gentian's clean, rooty bite against the honeyed weight of blanc vermouth, with grapefruit oil sharpening the top. The gin has to push back, so juniper and a firm spine keep it from turning syrupy, though a floral bottle finds room in the finish.
Gentian's rooty bite meets the spruce-tip and hay-flower dryness head on, and the rose hip and rose petal find their room in the blanc vermouth's honeyed finish.
