Botanicals — rosemary, lavender, chamomile, orange, grapefruit, lemon, cranberries, Mace, licorice root, lemongrass
Citrus leads — grapefruit peel and lemon over sweeter orange — then rosemary and lemongrass cut in green and resinous. Lavender and chamomile sit softly behind, floral but dry, with tart cranberries and a warm mace and licorice root finish. At 45% it stays firm and clean.

Tonic — Thomas Henry Dry Tonic, 1:2 — its low sugar keeps the chamomile and lavender audible
